1. Who we are
CRX ("we", "us") is operated by CRX Partners, a partnership firm registered in India. We provide automated trading software for cryptocurrency futures and forex & metals. Trades run on your connected exchange or broker (e.g. OKX, Binance, Bybit, OANDA). We do not custody your funds.
2. What we collect
- Account email, name, and hashed password
- Encrypted exchange API credentials (never stored in plain text)
- Trading activity, positions, risk settings, and performance for your dashboard
- Subscription and billing status via our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)
- Optional Telegram link for trade alerts
- Technical logs (IP, device/browser, timestamps) for security and reliability
3. How we use your data
We use your data only to:
- Operate automated trading on your exchange account
- Show balances, positions, and analytics in the CRX dashboard
- Send transactional email and Telegram alerts you enable
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and refunds
- Prevent abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access
4. Exchange API keys
API keys are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and used only to read account data and place/cancel orders on your behalf. CRX never requests or accepts withdrawal permissions. Your capital stays in your exchange wallet.
5. Third parties
We share data only as needed with: payment processors (billing), email providers (transactional mail), Telegram (if you link alerts), and your chosen exchange for trade execution. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention & deletion
We keep account and trade history while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@crx.live. Some records may be retained where required by law, security, or billing disputes.
7. Security
We use encrypted credentials, authenticated sessions, and rate limiting. No system is 100% secure — report issues to support@crx.live.
8. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Contact support to exercise these rights.
